Review Bullying toxic environment

Way back in the day, I had the misfortune to work for this awful company. It operated on a bullying mentality with most of the Directors treating their staff with complete disrespect with no care for their mental wellbeing. I worked extremely hard for this company and carried out my work diligently and to the best of my ability but even then that wasn’t good enough and I was dismissed with no warning! I remember feeling completely unsettled and there was always a toxic atmosphere surrounding the environment with scared staff no doubt wondering if they would be the next to go!
