Abuse!!!
Myself witnessed while working at this home (back in the 90's) verbal/physical abuse, where one CARER (team leader) named Denise? Verbally & then physically abused an "bed bound" gentleman resident. The actions of this CARER left this one poor gentleman in tears crying!! -There should be an investigation into this carers past conduct within BAYHAM GRANGE NURSING HOME FOLKESTONE KENT.
