Seemed interested. Came out to measure. Then nothing. I chased by phone and email. A month later I finally caught them and they said they didn't want to do the job. No communications from them. Rubbish.

I had exactly the same thing. Measured, then when I chased they said my quote was in a queue (!!!!) then I phoned a few weeks later and they told me my quote had been emailed to me which I hadn't received (apparently emailed to me three weeks before whereby they told me two weeks before they hadn't done it) then I asked them to resend it to me and he said no he didn't want to email as he didn't want the job. Very rude man!
