This accommodation is for people with complex support needs however it is, Filthy dirty, alcohol use and drug abuse on and off the premises fights everyday police turning up, fire alarms going off everyday And early hours of the night, told by staff just ignore it, no evacuation plan for people with Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) black bags of rubbish in the office you have to clamber over for your interview, the toilets and communial areas squalid, very unprofessional manager. I do not recommend you stay here. Oh and it costs you £80 - £100 per month from your benefits even though they get housing benefit from the council.
