Review Disappointed with the service

Me and my other half booked a European tour with this operator and were less than happy with the service we got. Up until booking the service was fine (but rushed) but after that there was a lack of interest from the company in assisting us in preparations....you really should not make it so obvious that after you have got your payment that you don't care about your customers!!

The tours themselves were just OK and felt at each location that we had to burry, hurry, hurry - this was meant to be a relaxing trip - AHISTA AHISTA GUYS!!!! We are paying after all!!!!

We are not likely to use this company again unless they get these problems sorted. We are looking for a reliable tour operator for our times off to use but as it stands, we cannot use Sona. Please improve!!!!
