QwikFone - London

I bought an iPhone X from QwikFone a while back and wanted to give it some time before I post a review. I've had it for a couple of months now and it works perfectly. I have had absolutely no problems with the device.
Upon unboxing the package, the iPhone looked as shiny as a brand-new iPhone and there was the set of accessories the company promises with every phone. I'm very pleased with my purchase with QwikFone and would definitely recommend this brand.

I did my background check on QwikFone before ordering since I had no previous experience with the brand. When I finally decided to order an iPhone X, my first time to try an iPhone, it was a perfect experience. Everything is as described on the website. The iPhone came in their own box with the company logo on it. The box also contained all the promised accessories brand new. Great experience!

The main reason I decided to try ordering from QwikFone is their return policy. Since they provide full refunds if I don't like the phone, there is no risk. So, I ordered a refurbished iPhone 8 and I wasn't disappointed nor did I need to use that return policy! I highly recommend this brand.

Background on this company:In October 2019 Companies House issued a notice to strike them off the companies register, dissolve their company and attach all their property and rights. You can verify this on Companies House website under

Qwickfone is not a registered company, it is a non entity, warranties issued by it have no value.
They have also traded as:
Gadget Store (Not a registered company)
Ishaan Universal Ltd (Closed down) they had premises in Abby Road which closed down and suddenly popped up again in North Acton as Qwickfone. (Hmmm wonder why? Are they going to close down and open up somewhere else under a different non registered name?)

My experience with them:I ordered a phone on their website, they took payment through PayPal for £190 and the order was not completed by their website, so I did not get my phone. I went into their shop in North Acton and was assured they would reverse PayPal payment and the money would come out of my bank account. This was not the case. They did not reverse the payment through PayPal and the money was taken from my bank account. I raised a dispute with with PayPal and to which Qwikfone did not respond, I phoned and emailed them several times they admitted that it was their fault and their website is faulty but refused to resolve the issue saying I have to take it up with PayPal.  

I see Matthew had the same issue with their website on 18/06/20 which he reported to them so this suggests it's an ongoing bug in their website that they are aware of for three months without bothering to fix it. I wonder how many other people have been impacted besides Matthew and myself.
They did respond to my review on Trustpilot but I don't recognise most of their claims in the response.
