As a therapist and Life Coach at Trenpa Therapy, I view my job as being a very simple one, and that’s changing people’s lives for the better. I have many years of experience around supporting people to make positive and lasting changes.

Using Psychotherapy and Life Coaching I can work to help you understand and overcome many of life’s difficulties. Some examples that people often present with are, stress, anxiety and depression, struggling with weight gain, phobias, panic attacks, relationship issues, childhood trauma, bereavement and addiction.

I use Psychotherapy and Life Coaching to help free people to live a more authentic life, a life where people have an understanding of there thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Being based in the heart of Manchester (I have offices in both Deansgate and Ramsbottom) I am easily accessible from the Greater Manchester area.

The first step to making that change is to contact me via my email address or phone and we can have a brief friendly chat about what it is you would like to change and then arrange an initial session. This initial session is us starting to get to know each other and you are under no obligation to book additional sessions.
