Absalutely crap service and ignorant staff walked all the way over to collect an item and told that he was on his own and the computers were not workin so I shid come bk sometime in the future to re collect !!!!!!!!!!!!!

How come you have changed our postman and now you never know when mail is being delivered ,we have had mail 3pm 4and even as late as 6pm before you could always rely on delivery about lunch time , bring back our normal postman
