I first qualified as a beautician in 1992, having trained for a year at Bexley College for my Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) diploma.
I trained in facials, manicures, pedicures, lash tinting and in waxing all areas of the body including eyebrows and body hair. I then carried on training and in 1995 qualified first in massage, and then aromatherapy, achieving diplomas with the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHHT). In 1997 I achieved an IIHHT Diploma in Reflexology, and in 1999 an IIHHT Diploma for Indian Head Massage.
I regularly attend workshops and courses, adding to my professional knowledge and updating techniques in treatments that I am already qualified in. In 2008 I studied and achieved a diploma in face lift

I am qualified and insured in Oncology Massage, – a gentle massage which has proved very beneficial for people who have undergone cancer treatments.
I offer reflexology lymph drainage, which is a deeply relaxing reflexology treatment. It is particularly beneficial for clients recovering from viral infections including persistent coughs and colds, post operativerecovery, oedema in pregnancy, rheumatoid arthritis, lipoedema, secondary lymphoedema, rheumatoid arthritis, myalgic encephalopathy/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS).
I can also offer manual lymph drainage which is a gentle, flowing, rhythmic massage effective in the treatment of a wide variety of problems including oedema, before and after surgery (including post-masectomy), as it helps reduce oedema and fibrosis along with pain and tension.
I have introduced ‘Face the World’ facials and products – the revolutionary facial massage and associated products used.
